RABAT reserves the right to modify these Conditions, with the applicable version being the one in force at any given time

The website www.rabat.net operates under the name RABAT, which is owned by RABAT ONLINE S.L., Tax ID B 63829402, with registered address at Paseo de Gracia 94, Barcelona, and registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona, Volume 37,507, Page 212, Sheet B 301591, Entry 1.
The company's corporate purpose is the wholesale and retail trade of jewellery, watches, silverware and fashion jewellery, via the internet or any other means. RABAT is an official distributor of all trademarked brands featured on the website
2.Product description
The detailed description of the products displayed on www.rabat.net is created from information and images owned by RABAT (for which the company reserves all usage rights) and/or information and imagery provided by suppliers.
RABAT is authorised to use the trade names or registered trademarks included on the website.
The company is not responsible for potential errors in the information or characteristics of the products published
3.Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Over the Content
GRUP FLASH RABAT, S.L., or its licensors, hold all intellectual property rights over the content of the website, including all designs, databases, underlying software (including source code), and various website elements such as texts, graphics, photographs, videos, colours, structure, and layout. The trademarks and trade names (“distinctive signs”) are also owned by GRUP FLASH RABAT, S.L. or its licensors.
The User’s use of the website does not grant any intellectual or industrial property rights
The User is strictly prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Content or the Distinctive Signs without the appropriate authorisation or unless legally permitted
4.Product Availability and Shipping Service
RABAT does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed on the website, as some items may not be available for sale.
5.Product Pricing
Prices of products shown on www.rabat.net include VAT (percentage according to applicable legislation), unless otherwise indicated
RABAT is not responsible for potential errors in listed prices, which may be subject to variations
6.Warranties
RABAT will be liable to the Customer for any lack of conformity identified within a period of three (3) years, as established by current legislation. The warranty excludes damage caused by improper or abnormal use of the product as well as other exclusions provided by law.

The customer has two months from becoming aware of a defect to notify the company.
If the manufacturer confirms the existence of a manufacturing defect, the item will be repaired or replaced, always at the customer’s choice when technically possible and within the required timeframe.
Any warranty becomes void if the product is handled by unauthorised personnel. No claims will be accepted beyond those recognised by law.
7.Data Privacy Policy
In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that the personal data requested during the registration and purchase process on rabat.net will be incorporated into files owned by RABAT Online S.L., for the following purposes:

The RABAT Certified Pre Owned Programme offers the opportunity to rediscover collectible watches with unique histories, supported by a quality service grounded in ethics and best practices that define RABAT as a distributor of excellence.
Request an appraisal and receive personalised advice for valuing your collection. Please note that requesting an appraisal does not imply that the watch will ultimately be purchased by RABAT.
All appraisals are prepared based on an analysis of documented transactions using an international traceability system of auctions and sales of pre owned watches.
