   The company's purpose is the wholesale and retail trade of jewelry, watchmaking, silverware, and costume jewelry, online or by any other means. RABAT is the official retailer of all trademarks present on the website.

   RABAT has authorization for the use of trade names or registered trademarks contained in the website.

   The company is not responsible for possible errors in the information or characteristics of the published products.

3. Availability of Products

   The availability of products on the website is updated according to stock. All product orders are subject to availability.

   RABAT will not intentionally sell more units than those available in stock.

   If, for reasons beyond control, RABAT puts a product on sale that is not available in stock and a user purchases it, RABAT will act in good faith and offer the user the possibility of:

   • Reimbursement of any amount paid without penalty through the original payment method.
   • Replacement with another model of equal quality and value available in stock, with client consent.
   • If possible, sending it within a new delivery period.
4. Price

   Prices on www.rabat.net include VAT (percentage according to current legislation applicable at each moment), unless otherwise indicated.

   Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise specified.

   RABAT is not responsible for errors in product prices. In case of a price error, RABAT will inform the user and offer the option to reconfirm the order or cancel it. If the user cannot be contacted, the order will be canceled and refunded.

   Prices are subject to change, except for confirmed orders with an Order Confirmation email.

5. Admissibility for Making Purchases

   The user guarantees acting in good faith, using the website only for queries or legally valid orders, not for resale or commercial benefit.

   If a fraudulent order is suspected, RABAT reserves the right to cancel it and refund the client without penalty.

6. Payment Methods

   RABAT offers secure telematic payment for credit and debit cards via CAJAMAR Cooperative Credit Corporation.

   Credit card payments are subject to authorization; if denied, RABAT is not responsible for lack or delay of delivery. Sensitive data such as card numbers or codes are not stored.

   Bank transfer or deposit is available under special conditions; delivery may be delayed until funds are received.

   1. Order Formalization

      Upon accepting the Conditions of Use and confirming purchase, the client receives an Order Confirmation email with details of the transaction.

7. Shipping and Returns Policy
   1. Method and Delivery Times

      Delivery will not exceed 15 business days; usual delivery within national territory is 48-72h.

      Delays allow order cancellation and refund, without compensation. If no delivery date is agreed within 5 working days, shipment may be returned at client expense.

      1. Geographical Scope

         Jewelry has no geographic restrictions. Watches are limited to store pickup. RABAT may restrict shipping if safe delivery cannot be guaranteed.

         Pickup must be indicated during purchase and comply with delivery instructions via email.

   2. Store Collection Conditions

      Clients must present ID and proof of purchase. If a third party collects the order, an email with signed authorization containing full details is required.

   3. Diligence in Delivery

      Clients must check the shipment upon receipt and report anomalies. Delivery is considered complete upon physical possession and signing of the delivery note.

   4. Right to Dissent

      Clients can return orders within 14 calendar days. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. Products must be in original packaging and unused. Refunds occur within 15 working days after verification.

   5. Customs Declaration and Taxes

      International shipments, including Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, will include import/export declarations. Clients pay applicable taxes or fees.

8. Warranty

   In accordance with Law 23/2003, manufacturers or brands respond to defects within 2 years of delivery. Clients must report issues within 2 months of noticing them. Repairs or replacements are made at the customer's discretion if technically possible.

   • Improper or abnormal use damages.
   • Normal wear and tear (scratches, minor damages).
   • Loose or broken gems.
   • External chemical damage or changes in brightness.
   • Allergies.
